These terms govern your use of the Home Appliance Services website and our repair services.

Services

We provide on-site appliance repair services in the Greater Houston area. A $95 diagnostic fee applies and is credited toward an approved repair.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The warranty covers the original repair only and does not cover new failures, misuse, or alterations made by third parties.

Appointments

We confirm all appointments by phone. Please provide accurate contact and address details so we can arrive on time.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
